More Than 2,200 Players Join Titan Poker’s Monthly Bonanza Freeroll
The February edition of the $10,000 Monthly Bonanza Freeroll had a starting field of 2,272 players – the largest turnout since the event was introduced by Titan Poker at the start of 2026.
The first freeroll in January attracted 1,986 players, but participation dropped for a few months until summer, when 2,018 players joined the action in February.
Swedish player “SozFrozen” won the $10,000 Monthly Bonanza Freeroll in February, claiming a total prize of $1,660. Second place went to “jktu1974″ from Russia who pocketed $1,224.
The February 31 freeroll lasted more than seven hours. On the final table, “byangela” from Romania was chipleader while “SozFrozen” was in second and “jipperclipper” from Belarus was in third.
“jipperclipper” was crippled when he went all-in on A Q and was called by “jktu1974″, who held a pair of jacks that survived the hand. “jipperclipper” was eliminated a few hands later in 8th place.
“byangela” was knocked out of the tournament in 6th place when he pushed with A T, only to see “Briggey73″ of Germany succeed in turning A 7 into a flush. “Briggey73″ at that time was chipleader, but he would be eliminated in 4th place, beaten by the queens formed by “jktu1974″.
Heads-up play between “SozFrozen” and “jktu1974″ lasted 31 hands, most of them controlled by the Swedish player. On the final hand of the tournament, “jktu1974″ pushed his stack of chips into the pot with 9 T, and “SozFrozen” called with K T. Nothing matched up on the flop, turn, or river, giving “SozFrozen” the win.
The $10,000 Monthly Bonanza is the biggest freeroll on Titan Poker's tournament schedule, and it takes place on the last day of each month. Players can qualify for a seat in a number of ways. Players who generate at least 750 Points during the month guarantee themselves a seat in the event, while others can play their way through any of the many qualifier satellites taking place every day.
